做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
