做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
