做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
