做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
