做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
