做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
