做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
