做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
