做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
