做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
