做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
