做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
