做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
