做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
