做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
