做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
