做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
