做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
