做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
