做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
