做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
