做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
