做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
