做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
