做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
