做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
