做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
