做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
