做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
