做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
