做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
