做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
