做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
