做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
