做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
