做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
