做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
