做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
