做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
