做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
