做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
