做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
