做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
