做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
