做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
