做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
