做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
