做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
