做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
