做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
